Returns

We very much hope you like your purchases but if you would like to return them, please find our returns policy and procedure below.

Our returns policy

In line with distance selling regulations, we will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note for goods purchased from us online or by telephone if you cancel your purchase within seven working days from the day after you received these items. In order to make a return, please obtain a returns authorisation (RA) number from us within this timescale and follow the returns procedure below.

All returns will be quality checked by the Bijouled team. Please return all jewellery and accessories in its original packaging and clothes with their tags intact. We reserve the right to take action against any customer for breach of their statutory duty to take reasonable care when items show signs of wear or damage.

If you return items to us outside of the statutory seven day cancellation period, we will offer you an exchange, a credit note or return the items to you. This is at the discretion of Bijouled Ltd.

We kindly ask that you post items back to us within seven days of the issue of your RA number.

If you would like to exchange your item, we will either refund or charge for any difference in product costs.

In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty, please send the item back to us using the returns procedure below. If we agree there is a fault, we will provide you with a refund or exchange and refund all postage costs.

Refunds will normally be processed within one to three working days of receipt of the returned goods. In exceptional circumstances refunds may take longer but this will not exceed fifteen working days. All refunds will be credited to the card used in the original transaction.

What to do if you would like to make a return

1. Email us at info@bijouled.co.uk or phone us on 01423 565002 for your returns authorisation (RA) number. To qualify for a refund, please do this within seven working days of receipt of your item(s).
2. Complete and detach the returns form enclosed with your purchases
3. Post your items back to us with the returns form by recorded or special delivery within seven days of receipt of your RA number.
