Contract of sale
All items displayed for sale on the website are currently in stock. However, there will be rare occasions when breaks in supply occur. If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from the online shop. Bijouled reserves the right to withdraw items for sale at any time. If your website purchase coincides with a break in supply, this purchase will not be a contract of sale with Bijouled. You will be contacted by Bijouled and offered the opportunity to wait to purchase the item(s) of your choice when it/they arrive back in stock or cancel the sale. If part of your order is not available, we will contact you for authorisation to make a partial delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order at any point before postage. Following postage you still have the right to cancel your order in line with our returns policy outlined below.
Making a purchase
When you purchase an item from the Bijouled online shop, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, a unique order number and other essential information relating to your sale and cancellation rights. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within one to two working days of your order being received and processed. Unless your purchase coincides with a break in supply, orders will not take more than two working days to be dispatched. Most orders are dispatched on the same or next working day with the exception of Bank Holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted at the beginning of the following week. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, Bijouled will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery.

All prices shown on the Bijouled website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and at the current rate. Prices exclude postage costs, which are highlighted separately.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. Bijouled reserves the right to change our terms and conditions and product and price information without any notice being given.
We make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely. Each item will be packed in the relevant designer packaging or a Bijouled box and wrapped in tissue paper. It is important that you retain this packaging if you want to make a return.
All items ordered in the UK either online or by telephone are posted by Parcelforce or Royal Mail. We recommend that items that are needed urgently are posted by Express24. All items posted by Express24 and ordered before 3pm will be guaranteed for delivery before the end of the next working day. Items posted by Standard Delivery normally take two to four working days to be delivered. Weekend deliveries can be arranged in advance on orders placed before 3pm on Fridays but will incur an additional charge. Items ordered after 3pm on Fridays and at the weekend will be collected from us on the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Delivery will then occur by the end of the next working day or within the next two working days depending on which delivery service has been chosen. Parcelforce can use your email or mobile phone number, if provided, to inform you about delivery and redelivery options.
Occasionally additional postage charges are added for heavy items such as ceramics. Additional postage charges will be checked with you in advance before we proceed with delivery arrangements for your order.
If the unusual event that your order is late, please contact us. We will then track your item and advise you on the next stage.
We reserve the right not to post items where we believe the address or method of payment is not secure or where there is a high risk of damage or copyright infringement.
Bijouled works with designers which produce the highest standard of jewellery and accessories. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item, but the colour, finish and shape of unique handmade items made from natural materials may differ from one item to another.
We want you to purchase from the Bijouled website with confidence. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. Please find our returns policy and procedure below.
Once purchases have arrived undamaged with yourself, then risk of loss or damage is then passed to you the customer.
Your right to cancel your order and how to make a return
We very much hope you like your purchases but if you would like to return them, please find below your cancellation rights and our returns procedure.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations [Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments] Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and sales contract with us within 14 calendar days, which starts from the day after you have received your items. Your right to a refund for your purchases will expire after these 14 calendar days.
NB: We can't accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons)
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email on email@example.com or by telephone on 01423 565002. Alternatively, request a cancellation by replying to the order email you were sent when you placed your order with us.
Once we receive your request for cancellation we will give you a Returns Authorisation Number (RA number), which you will need to quote with your return.
We kindly ask that your return your items to us as soon as possible and, in accordance with the current Consumer Contracts Regulations, no later than 14 days from the date on which you cancelled your order.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your sales contract with us, we will refund the price you paid for the item. You will bear the direct costs of posting the goods back to us.
All returns will be quality checked. We may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling, wear or damage by you. You will also lose your right to cancel if you unseal goods that are not suitable for returns owing to health protection or hygiene reasons. If you are unsure about the purchase of earrings from us, under no circumstances must you place these through the ear.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will send you an email to confirm that the refund has taken place. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you would like to exchange your items, we will refund or charge for any difference between the price of the goods purchased.
In the unlikely event that you feel that the item you have received is faulty, please send the item back to us using the returns procedure below. If we agree the item is faulty, we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
1. Cancel your order with us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01432 565002 within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Post it back to us - quoting your RA number - within 14 days of making your cancellation.
Bijouled understands that you want to shop securely and with confidence. It therefore uses an online secure payment service provider to process your card payment. This provider uses state-of-the-art internet solutions to ensure that the personal and sensitive data you provide when making a purchase from us is not compromised. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any unauthorised access to information provided by you.
When you make a purchase, Bijouled collects certain information to fulfill your order. However, we are completely committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the GDPR regulations of 2018. We do not disclose customer details to any third party for marketing or other purposes unless you give us explicit authority to do so.
If you have set up an account with Bijouled, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of this account and dedicated password.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, permanently or temporarily, this website or part of this website without notice to you and to modify our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check whether any changes have been made to our terms and conditions and to stop using our website if you do not agree to these changes.
Use of our website
All use of the Bijouled website must be lawful and not injurious to any third party. You must not copy the content or images contained within the Bijouled web pages for commercial purposes without the written consent of Bijouled Ltd. You must also not use the Bijouled website in any way that undermines the credibility of the Bijouled website or Bijouled Ltd.
